Friday 12h to Sunday 18h (1 November - 31 March)
Midweek: Monday 16h to Friday 10h.
Week: Friday 16h to Friday 10h.
High Season: all the Belgian and Dutch school holidays and the weekend of the Tour of Flanders
Prices include:
- Electricity and water consumption
- Cleaning (the house and the barn should be “broom clean”, washed dishes stored in cabinets)
- Use of the barn
- Charging of electric bikes
- Using the Internet & Wifi
- Kitchen linen
Payment:
- When booking you pay 30 % of the rent
- The remaining 70 % of the rent and a deposit of € 100 are to be paid by bank transfer one week before the start of your stay
- The deposit is refunded after the final cleaning if no defects are detected.
- In case of cancellation , 70% of the rent will be refunded
Extra Service:
- Bikes are available to go shopping in the neighbourhood
- Renting men’s bike or ladies bike: € 3 per half day.
- Walking and cycling routes are available.
- Bed linen: € 5 per set of one person. € 9 per set of 2 people
- Bath towels: € 2 p.p.
