Weekend: Friday 16h to Sunday 19h.

Long Weekend: van vrijdag 16u tot maandag  19u

Midweek: Monday 16h to Friday 10h. 

Week: Friday 16h to Friday 10h.                

Prices include:

• Electricity with the exception of charging bicycles and vehicles.
• Water consumption
• Cleaning
• Using the Internet & Wifi 

The heating costs depend on the gas consumption.

Arrival and departure:

• Guests are expected from 4pm
• The holiday home and the barn should be broom cleaned on departure and the crockery washed and stored.

Payment:

• When booking you pay 30 % of the rent. In case of cancellation, this amount is considered as the cancellation fee for the owner, if the remaining booking period is less than two months.
• The remaining 70% of the rental price and the deposit must be paid by bank transfer 14 days before the start of your stay.
• The deposit will be refunded within a week after the stay, after possible settlement of damages.

Extra Service:

• There are 2 bikes available for shopping nearby
• Walking and cycling routes are available. 
• Bed linen: € 10 p.p.
• Bath towels: € 2 p.p.  
• Charging of bicycles: € 0.50 pp per charge
